How do I purchase a team plan?

Purchase a team license for 10 or more team members through the Join page, paying monthly or yearly.

How do team accounts work?

Your primary account is the account manager. The account manager can issue licenses for access and view team usage statistics for the team. Team licenses are issued based on unique employee email addresses and can be reassigned to other employees throughout the year.

Can the team’s account manager watch courses?

The account manager has full access to the platform but doesn’t count against your team’s total amount of licenses. However, the team’s reporting will not include the account manager’s usage statistics.

Do you offer free trials for teams?

We do not offer free trials for teams at the moment.

What is your refund policy?

Team subscription refunds are available on the initial subscription period only. You have 10 days to request a refund for monthly or annual subscriptions. Refunds are not available for unused team seats.
